We must be very careful in any discussion about how an ill person benefits from their own illness. We must be even more careful when the topic is mental illness. On the other hand, depression is a fact of life for a large percentage of people. Health Day NEWS reports almost one in every ten people will suffer from depression.

Depression is not a battle to be fought. It’s a message to be understood.
