Here is what I want to dump.

I struggle to not "bleed all over" (a former counselor called it that) my elderly sister and my longest and-currently-only close friend.

I feel so unmanageable about it at times.
This quote from your article is one I can use to increase my resolve to stop abusing my supporters with my abuse (or pain, or drama, or trauma).

So... I guess I'll be using you for that now. πŸ™„πŸ˜³πŸ˜¦
